1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. For remote locations, delivery timelines may be longer. We currently do not ship internationally.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day. You’ll receive tracking details via SMS/email once shipped.

- Metro Cities: 2-4 business days
- Tier 2/3 Cities: 3-6 business days
- Remote Areas: 5-8 business days
Timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen events.
4. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499. Standard shipping: ₹75 for orders below ₹499. COD orders: ₹50 COD handling fee applies, regardless of order value.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Available on select pin codes only. Check availability at checkout. We may refuse COD for high-value orders or if past COD orders were rejected. Please inspect outer packaging before paying. COD cannot be refused after payment unless the product is damaged.
6. Order Tracking
Track your order using the link sent to your email/SMS. You can also check status under “My Orders” on our website.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If undelivered, the order will be sent back to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged/Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or tampered, refuse delivery or record an unboxing video and contact us at kitaroindia@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
9. Bulk/Corporate Orders
